1. Delivery time: U.S : 5 -8 working days (Fedex)
   Note: (Ship in-stock orders usually within 2-3 business days you placed them.Shipping In transit 3-5 work day)
2. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to customers once the order is shipped.

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If you do not receive your package over 15 business days of the ship date, please contact support and we will start an investigation with the shipper (Fedex). This can take up to 7 business days to complete. We understand this can be frustrating, once the investigation has been completed Eggzu will do our best to make this right.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

Of course! If you would like to pick up your order in store, please contact our customer service team. We will match you with the warehouse closest to you based on the products you have ordered and your address so that you can pick up your order.
